Lessons take place in a warm, enclosed pool — comfortable and safe year-round, whatever the Cape Town weather throws at us.
All teachers hold SSA "Learn to Swim" and Todd Swim certificates, plus annual First Aid Level 1 and CPR refresher training.
With a maximum of 6 babies per class, every child gets personal attention and progresses at their own natural pace.
From your baby's first splash to competitive squad training, we have a class to match every swimmer's needs and ambitions.
Small groups of up to 6 babies assisted by a parent or caregiver in the water. Water safety and early swimming skills are taught through songs, games and loads of fun. Toddlers from 2 years are gradually weaned from parent support.
All four strokes are introduced using correct technique and terminology. Water safety is constantly reinforced and each child progresses at their own pace, building real independence and confidence in the water.
For children ready to enter school competitive swimming. Strokes, starts, turns and finishes are refined. Targeted drills build stamina, strength and speed for swimmers who want to go further.
Designed for adults who have never learned to swim or who are fearful of water. Stroke correction is also offered in a calm, non-judgmental environment. It's never too late to become a swimmer.
